STUDIO TOURS:: Studio Tours are available by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance.

WHAT YOU GET:: Studio is booked either by hour or by day (8 hours). All sessions are run by producer/engineer Travis Daniels,therefore client does not need to bring his/her own engineer. Light catering is provided but if you have specific needs, please let us know in advance. All files are sent electronically after payment has been recieved. We encourage our clients to bring their own recording media for backups after the session. Please see our terms for more info on Digital Storage.

RATES:: Rates vary depending on what is needed by the client (i.e. Recording vs. Mixing). We offer hourly and daily rates but please note that if you book a studio for 2 hours there is no over time. We book the studio based on the information you provide us. Every project has different needs and requirements, therefore we do not have a standard hourly/daily rate. PAYMENT FOR STUDIO TIME:: Clients working less than 8 hours are required to pay the cost of the booked studio time upfront. Any client working more than 8 hours will be allowed to pay the remaining balance at the end of their scheduled session. Please note that all Pro Tools or Logic Files, Hard Drives or CD’s will remain on Trace Studios Property until the balance of payment is paid in full.

CANCELLATIONS:: All sessions are considered confirmed and billable within 24 hours of the session start time. Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance, otherwise the client will be billed half the amount of time booked—a minimum of 4 hours.
